My style of shooting is somewhat unique. I don't want my subjects to look at my camera or flash a fake smile, I'm more interested in what they are going to do when the pressure's off. "You want me to do what?" Reiser asked me while we were setting up this shot. "Nothing? Did I hear you correctly?" I nodded. • Shot in front of the Diesel store on Rush Street in downtown Chicago, Reiser folded his arms, looked around and, in subsequent photos, played around with the models. Debating over whether the model was putting on her pants or taking them off, Reiser finally decried, "You say the pants are half full, I say they're half empty." It's hard to argue with that.
