If you can imagine watching 10 basketball players playing basketball without a ball, you can imagine the monotonous pain of watching a movie starring Steven Seagal without action. And that is precisely what we, the American public, have been given in Seagal's latest effort, The Patriot. If you need another reason not to see this movie, a movie that's plot is a direct rip-off of Outbreak's, Seagal plays a character that is supposedly the pre-eminent virologist in the world. And if you believe that, David Duchovny's left leg is made of celery.
