The ability of a given movie to make you laugh out loud is one of the most underrated and under-appreciated traits in the motion picture industry today. And, despite a somewhat tepid storyline, South Park is one of the funniest movies released in 1999. Based on the hit animated series on Comedy Central of the same name, South Park revolves around the lives of four helium-voiced, young boys, Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny and their lives in their town of South Park. The initial response to the cable series was filled with protests, thanks to the subject matter and language used repeatedly on the show. For their full-length feature, creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker were given an 'R' rating to work with and the two produced one of the most politically incorrect movies in motion picture history. And dammit, it's funny. Cartman's rousing version of "Kyle's Mom is a Big, Fat, Stupid Bitch" is not to be missed.
